01. Concept

Elizabeth Towers represents a new way of living and a first for New Zealand. Inspiring, elegant, safe, and secure, this premium residential development includes a sky garden, residents’ lounge, and pool facilities. Enduring quality has been at the heart of every decision to bring Elizabeth Towers to life. 

Elizabeth Towers sits atop the Thirty Eight Elizabeth precinct, which offers state-of-the-art dining and shopping options that transform the gateway to downtown Tauranga. At ground level on Elizabeth Street the historic Farmers retail presence is tastefully complemented by the raised, north-facing food and beverage terrace

Conceived, designed and delivered by Elizabeth Properties Limited, which is part of the James Pascoe Group, the owners of Farmers who are a key part of the Thirty Eight Elizabeth community.

02. Inspiration

Tauranga has come of age and Elizabeth Towers | Thirty Eight Elizabeth is inspired by that journey: timeless design set within the local character of the Tauranga area. 

The architecture references both city and seaside living, with its restrained palette of warm sandy white and neutral tones, in contrast with dark coloursteel and strong lines framing the expansive glazing. Its aesthetic reflects the city meeting the ocean and responds to the immediate city grid. 

 

03. Process

From the early beginnings of the development, Elizabeth Properties retained Blink to set the stage for the concept and to champion the vision to key stakeholders in local government and business, and the residents of Tauranga.

Working closely with the development management, Blink has facilitated market analysis, strategy, and planning across a full suite of integrated services, throughout the build process from site preparation through to the final fit-out in the lead up to the residential offering going on sale.

Blink developed branding in collaboration with Pascoe Group creative, designed site displays and sign work, developed digital channels, along with a suite of print collateral in preparation for the impending sales phase.

This is a highly-collaborative project that has Blink working closely with the development executive, project managers, architects, real estate consultants and legal advisors.
